About quality policy

In 2000, Toyo Hitec obtained ISO9001 certification, an international standard for quality management systems, in order to further improve its quality by formulating rules based on the ISO9001 standard, and thus to improve social trust, customer satisfaction, work efficiency, and organizational strength.
The company can provide high-quality engineering in overseas construction based on similar design and management standards in Japan, while complying with local laws and regulations.

Quality policy

We will do our best to achieve customers' satisfaction by developing, delivering, and maintaining excellent products. Also, we will continue to improve the effectiveness of our quality management system.

Quality targets

We will decrease the number of occurrence of non-conforming products and customers' complaints year by year, by quickly and properly responding to such problems, identifying the root cause of problems, and taking corrective action.
