Testing & development
At our Powder Technology Center in Japan, we perform test operation on the full system level, and conduct research and development. In addition to individual equipment tests, we can also perform testing that incorporates the preceding and following processes. Test results are checked with the customer in real time, with analysis performed immediately as we set new conditions for the next test. By performing high-precision testing, we are able to construct the optimal equipment, reduce equipment costs, and achieve smooth startup after equipment installation. We also develop new technologies in order to deliver better solutions to our customers.
Reuse business
Toyo Hitec puts the same level of effort into our reuse business for powder-handling equipment as we do into the plant for powder process construction. We buy and sell secondhand powder-handling equipment, and are working to ensure that customers can use and dispose of secondhand equipment with complete confidence. This business contributes to the reutilization of customer resources and to reducing costs. It also helps protect the global environment, and is leading the way toward a sustainable future in the powder-handling industry.
