Privacy policy

Toyo Hitec Co., Ltd (hereafter referred to as “the Company”) shall value the privacy of our customers and shall observe the laws of Japan related to protection of personal information on the website operated by the Company. When a request was received from the customer for change, confirmation, correction, deletion, or other action regarding the personal information which he or she personally registered, then only when the Company has verified that the requesting party is in fact the customer or a person duly authorized by the customer, the Company shall disclose, correct, delete, or take other suitable action with regards to the customer’s personal information.

In order to safely manage and use customer personal information, reasonable and appropriate security measures shall be enacted to prevent risks including loss, damage, unauthorized modification, leakage, or other incidents caused by unauthorized access from the outside. Rules regarding information security shall be established and fully communicated to employees.
