・High-performance flexible dense phase pneumatic transport system suitable for a wide
range of applications.

Special features
The requirement for pneumatic conveying system of powder is to transfer a large amount of
powder steadily for a long distance without the product breakage by means of a small amount
of air consumption.
HIP can offer you a flexible dense phase pneumatic conveying with low air velocity airflow
thanks to its built-in Rotary Feeder (RF) for high pressure use which was developed for this
specific purpose.

HIP is suitable for a wide range of applications from pellets to micro-fine powders and from
short distance to long distance.

Advantages

1. Transportation capacity can be easily adjusted by adjusting the number of rotations of RF . (adjustable capacity: ~10 : 1)

2. Stop and Restart of pneumatic conveying during operation can be made easily. (No problem even during electrical power failure.

3. Booster is not necessary up to medium distance as the optimum conveying condition can be set

4. Stabilized transport pressure thanks to the quantitative feed transport which is not much affected by the properties of transported materials.

5. Easy cleaning thanks to the sanitary-structure RF.

6. Low-velocity and dense-phase conveying system. (Transport speed: from 0.5 ~ 5.0 m/sec., multiphase ration : up to 150)

7. Both batch and continuous transportations are possible.
