Special features
More and more FIBCs (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container) are used as the means of transporting powder, enlarging the bulk size and work-saving. On the other hand, the receivers of such bulk containers were not able to avoid the worsening of working environments caused by the dusts, Contaminations of environments and products, and the risky works of opening the big bag of almost 1 ton by working directly underneath. PFD is the unique device that can solve these problems and pneumatically transports the materials in the complete closed conditions.

PFD can be used for the materials that are sensitive to atmosphere and humidity by selecting
the type of push-in gas. Furthermore, the closed circuit operation by means of N2 gas for the
preventions of oxidization and dust explosions is also possible.
7. PF container as a processing hopper
PF container itself can be used as a processing hopper as the suspending the discharge
operation and the control the discharge capacity is possible.
